Senior Vice President, Space Programs

Mr. Ratliff is responsible for Space Program Operations. He has more than 20 years of experience managing life and space science programs for government, commercial and academic clients. During his career he has been responsible for the operations and staffing of more than 25 specialized scientific laboratories and multiple animal care facilities. Mr. Ratliff previously served as the first COO for the International Space Station U.S. National Laboratory. His other expertise includes occupational and environmental health epidemiology, personal protective equipment design and testing, and risk management. He holds a B.S. degree in Physiology from Merrimack College and a Graduate degree in Public Health from Yale University.
